It has been a little bit of a crazy week. We are planning on moving at the end of the month so artwork production has not been at the top of my priority list. I have managed to work on a couple of projects this week including a bellycast that I am painting with Lillies all over it as well as the child’s name and date of birth. Then I have something on the complete opposite end of the spectrum. I have been commissioned by someone to do a series of very dark evil demon paintings on metal sign blanks. The other project that I had in the works, and managed to finish was a demon batman portrait for a friend of mine to go with his dark knight joker. I will post the work on the first demon in the series as well as any other artwork that I come up with next Wednesday.

New Year New Beginnings

I have made several goals in years past that just never really came to fruition. I have always felt that something was just lacking as far as motivation goes to achieving these resolutions This year is different for several reasons the first goal I have is to make a certain amount of money from my artwork this year. This would help my family out greatly and cause us to start winning financially. I think that this year my goals are not based on my wants but what I actually feel the need to do everyday. I love making art especially when I see that someone else appreciates enough to want to have the piece in their collection. I love the way that their face lights up upon seeing commissioned artwork handed to them. These are simple pleasures but I am a simple person. I want to blog once a week. So I have written it down and now I have to follow through. Next Wednesday I will post about what I am working on for the week and post pictures of what I did this week. So until next time have fun and do something creative.
